Headquartered in Maitland, Florida, HotelCoupons.com also has a distribution office in Gainesville, Florida. The company publishes digital and print hotel coupons for more than 4,000 hotels in the U.S. and parts of Canada.

HotelCoupons.com is owned by Travel Media Group, a subsidiary of Dominion Enterprises, which is a subsidiary of Landmark Media Enterprises.

• The HotelCoupons.com Guide print coupon book, often referred to as the "Green Guide", is distributed at more than 10,500 locations (including rest stops and state welcome centers) with a circulation of more than 30 million annually. The regional guides provide coupons for discounted walk-in rates at U.S. hotels.
